Monthly stays in Chiang Mai from 15,000 baht

Three places on this site start at 15,000 baht a month or more. They are not bigger apartments; they are hotels and a coliving space where you pay for location, service and included extras. Himku Hotel is an adults-only (16+) boutique hotel of 16 rooms built from reclaimed teak, steps from Tha Phae Gate in the Old City. Its 30 m² Deluxe room costs 18,000 baht a month, booked through Airbnb; larger rooms of 34 and 40 m² are available on request. It has a café downstairs but no pool, lift or breakfast. R1 Nimman Hotel offers a monthly package of 29,700 baht with access to a fitness room, rooftop, kitchenettes, free bicycles and a shuttle; standard rooms are 21 m². The same stay cost 85,734 baht for 28 nights on Expedia in December 2026, 65% more. The Social Club, a coliving space by the west moat, charges 28,500 to 33,000 baht for a private 21 m² room with desk, including bills, weekly cleaning, a 24-hour hot desk and coffee; it has no phone line and is booked through its website. If you want more space rather than service at this budget, several cheaper places have large units above 15,000 baht, such as The Mirror's 70 m² two-bedroom for 21,000 baht.
